-Young Participants of free registration so enroll, will not participate in general categories and will participate in only two issues with their own galleries.

 

-Participants work may not be awarded at international exhibitions in advance of the inscription of the contest.

 

-Works by participants must not be be atleast of over 4 years

 

-All other of the foundations is kept clarifying some ambiguous concept.
