Ticket sales conditions:
The acquisition of any ticket for MontPhoto Fest 2025 implies acceptance of the following conditions:

It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes in advance to facilitate the established schedules.
The program may change due to extraordinary circumstances, in which case you will be informed via email as soon as possible.
Seats are not sold numbered, so please do not leave empty spaces during peak attendance times. Different spaces can be occupied at each entry and exit.
Ticket sales at the theater box office will be on the same days as the event, and will be carried out according to ticket availability.
In some cases, box office ticket sales may involve queues and punctual capacity complications, so please arrive with time to spare.
Program schedules may vary if technical delays or external causes accumulate.
As a sign of respect to the speakers and the audience, late arrivals to a presentation must wait for room staff authorization to enter, which may be prohibited until the most suitable moment or pause, depending on seat availability.
Discounted tickets may require corresponding accreditation for venue access.
Returns or exchanges of tickets are only accepted up to 48 hours before the event starts or in case of event cancellation.
