The jury has come up with the verdict for this 26th edition.

The jury made up of Alvaro Sanz, Jennifer Hayes, Lara Jackson, Marco Ronconi and Joan de la Malla has finished their deliberations of the 2022 edition.

After a very long and intense day taking more than 6 hours, the members of the jury decided on all the images that will become part of MontPhoto’s 2022 exhibition, awarding a first prize, second prize and 5 honorable mentions for each category.
It was especially difficult to decide the winning portfolio and the MontPhoto 2022 Overall Award.

A very complex and arduous process in which we have worked with a lot of dedication and professionalism to select among the best images and projects.

Several rounds of online selection were necessary and yesterday, after a long debate, all the award-winning images that made the selection for this 2022 edition were decided.

We would like to introduce you some of the photographs that have been finalists among all the winners in this edition. To find out about the other award-winning photos, the winners of each category, the portfolios, the films, the Changing Planet award and, above all, this year's absolute winner, we invite you to assist to the contest festival, MontPhoto Fest, which will take place from 7th to 9th October.

A very special edition with physical presence coming full of news and which you can’t miss.

The final verdict will be known in detail during the awards ceremony that will take place on October 8th.

On the other hand, AEFONA association and federations will notify their associates of the awards and results after this date.
