The jury has already reached a verdict for the 29th edition of the MONTPHOTO Awards

The MontPhoto 2025 jury, including Morgan Heim, Diana Crestan, Heike Odermatt, Francis Pérez and Eladio Rodríguez, has concluded its deliberations for this edition after an intense and demanding final day of work.

Throughout the two-month long process, which included several rounds of online selection and a final in-person session filled with reflection and debate, the jury selected the entries that will form part of the MontPhoto 2025 exhibition. First and second prizes were awarded in each category, as well as five honourable mentions. In collections, the winners of the Portfolio and Storytelling categories were chosen, as well as 3 Honourable Mentions in each category. In addition there was the MontPhoto 2025 Award, which was particularly complex, given the very impressive quality of the entries submitted.

The commitment, hard work and expertise of the jury were key to selecting the winners of this year's edition from among thousands of images and projects.

As a novelty, at the bottom of this post, we are pleased to include the list of all the nominated photographers for MontPhoto 2025, which also includes the youth awards, the special awards and, for the first time, the awards for the best-placed member of Montphoto in each category.

 

In September we will reveal the nominated images in each category and we will have time to share our favourites.
But we will have to wait to know all the winners of each category in more detail during the Awards Gala on the 4th of October.

We would like to invite you to experience the excitement of the MontPhoto FEST, which will be held from 3rd to 5th October at the Lloret de Mar Theatre. This year's edition is packed with new ideas, new experiences and activities for everyone. Don't miss it!

The final verdict and the announcement of all the winners will be announced in detail at the Awards Gala on 4 October.
