Description: Lake that can only be seen in these conditions, when the water level of the aquifer stays high after the rain and snow melting season. A fracture in the bottom causes for the water to empty as the mentioned water level descends. Photograph consisting of 10 joined shots.

Description: Travelling one of the most beautiful regions of Island the weather turns to the worst and we are caught by a heavy snowfall. With the storm I took several photos with the great canyon formed by the river in the background and with my colleagues defying the weather. The wind shapes and draws the snow in all directions.
