REPORT:Web service crashes for a few hours

From the 26th, early in the morning, up until we solved the problem on the 27th of March, mid-afternoon, our website www.montphoto.com crashed so many users were not able to access it.

Our generated technical report confirms that it was not because of a virus effect or hacking; we have to blame a hardware failure that affected the servers where we have it hosted.

The problem was severe and data we may have lost since the last backup, could be a couple of hours of data.

We beg your pardon for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Since its recovery and back to normal situation on March 27, the website is working as it should.
