Description: There are no straight lines in the descent of white-water rivers, only the sinuosity marked by the tumultuous path of the spring waters. They are magic curves in which the Kayak looks like an arrow striving to cross a map of crooked lines.

Description: After several days snowing, the day started completely clear with a thick layer of high-quality powder snow; the perfect conditions a good off-piste skier looks for. When this picture was taken, the skier unleashed a huge snow curtain after pressing the terrain with his skies at a change of slope.

Description: Instant taken whilst the rest of my colleagues were descending down the 40 meter well. The entire cave was illuminated with natural light, except the left side of the cave, which was given a few touches of flash to provide more volume.

Description: Several days had passed since we saw the sun in Rjukan, Norway. However, this wasn’t enough to stop us from seeing images like this. The only thing that seems to get in the way of the climber's ascent to the sky is the tree branch.

Moulin de Alexandre Buisse de Chamonix ()
Place: Mer de Glace, Massís del Mont Blanc (França)
Description: Giulia Monego is climbing a windmill-shape crevasse in Mer de Glace, Chamonix, France. These crevasses are formed by running water over the surface of the glacier during summer and people can climb them during a brief period in November, when the streams no longer exist and snow still hasn't filled the holes.

Description: Photo taken just after dawn when clouds and fog enveloped the hikers on the trail that leads to the Monte Paterno. I was struck by their small silhouette in comparison with the imposing peaks and I tried to capture that moment.
